Identifikasi Spesies Plasmodium Malaria Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Desa Hanura Pesawaran Lampung

Malaria is one of the causes death and morbidity in children adults tropical countries. caused by Protozoa genus Plasmodium, Plasmodium humans consists 4 species, namely Palsmodium falciparum, vivax, malariae ovale. Pesawaran District area most commonly found with malaria, 2017 there were 1,738 cases malaria working Hanura Health Center. The purpose this study was to find out identify species that infect people work Village Public Center, Teluk Pandan District, Regency, Lampung. This type research a descriptive survey using cross-sectional methods univariate data analysis. primary data, results identification blood smears form patient demographic (age, sex, education behavior mosquito nets or not). showed 164 respondents, 22 patients parasites. identified vivax parasites 20 (90.9%) while for falciparum 2 (9.1%). at age 5-11 years (children) 6 respondents (27.3%), female sex 13 (59.1%), elementary school level 15 (68.2%), not 12 (54.5%).
